Very, very impressed with this store. I was reluctant to leave my diamond eternity ring with any jeweler. Patrick, the repair specialist, set up an appointment so that I could stay in the store while he fixed my ring. Before starting the project, he let me look at my ring under the microscope so that I would recognize it later if needed. Then gave me a receipt with the actual value of the ring listed on it. I was so relieved that I went shopping instead; they called me 1 hour later that my ring was ready. The repair price was less than quoted and my ring looked great. I would highly recommend this jeweler. A lot of people put off repairing jewelry because they are afraid to leave it. Here's a store that does not make you feel crazy about that belief and accommodates your wishes. Defintely, a 5 star establishment and also carries a great variety of popular jewelry designers.
