My experience was exceptional. We gutted our old bathroom and many problems with a faulty toilet that I purchased. Joe was on top of the problem and responded quickly to my calls. He even called American Standard and Klaffs to help facilitate the problem. I would definitely recommend him again

Joe Fusaro's plumbing crew, John and Carlos, were truly amazing! I called Joe last Friday morning about a water problem and we didn't know what was causing it. He managed to get his guys, John and Carlos, over to my house. They followed the water and had to remove some walls in my mudroom to find it. There were several faulty joints that they located after several hours. It was 3pm on a Friday and they shared with me they would stay to finish the job. They were knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated. I cannot say enough good things about them or Joe Fusaro. I have them coming back this week to identify other joints that may be leaking.

Had a pipe burst on a Sunday and Joe’s team was there in under an hour. They found the cracked pipe which was in a very difficult place to access. Had it fixed in no time. I can’t recommend them more highly!

I have used Joe’s services several times and he is always reliable and prompt. He just Made 3 separate trips to my home the week before Christmas investigating/finding/repairing a broken septic pipe to ensure i did not have a smelly house for the holidays !

Joe and his team solved a problem that no one else could. We had a Koehler whirlpool tub that had stopped working; numerous plumbers and electricians had told us we need to break through the wall to get to the portion of the motor that needed fixing .... so we waiting until we renovated our kitchen that backs up the bathroom tub. Enter Joe. He found the problem area from the panel on the tub (in the bathroom), helped me order the parts (which were very inexpensive) and fixed the problem. No need to bust through a wall. Joe appeared with our kitchen contractor and also did all the plumbing needed for a new kitchen. He was friendly, informative, professional, and I'll call him again any time.

It's always difficult to move to a new town not knowing people, yet need to find reputable help. Joe was recommended by my new neighbor, and I was not disappointed in the least. Besides having a pleasant demeanor, he was prompt, attentive, and responsive to my needs. He is thorough, neat, and professional. Joe and his crew helped run gas lines to some new gas fireplace to our store. They installed 14 new units, the process was seamless, and displays are up and running by the end of the day.
