I hired Newton Locksmith Store for a complete security overhaul and here’s my review:

Excellent response – I wasn't put through IVR and was patched through immediately

Quick arrival time – After I’d placed the call to Newton Locksmith Store, it took them only 10-15 minutes to get there.

Job completion –Technicians seemed to know what they were doing, which enabled them to get the job done within an hour.

Pricing – Extremely reasonable! In fact, they didn’t charge me anything for the assessment and only charged for the new locks and repairs.

Showed up right on time and took care of things! Tired of manually opening the garage space, I needed a new lock for the garage door. Tim from Newton Locksmith Store fitted me with a nice remote controlled door lock. It’s been over a week now, and I simply love the new lock installed. I also got a good bargain on the selling price of the lock. If you need your money’s worth, I’d recommend you hire them. Hands down, the BEST in Newton, MA. you won’t regret

I had an entire apartment building that needed to be rekeyed to the master key system before the tenants moved in. It was a humongous task, but Newton Locksmith Store made it look too easy. An excellent display of team work as they set about rekeying all the locks as per plan in less than 3 hours! What’s more, they agreed to work overnight so that the tenants could occupy the space the next morning. Great team spirit and a commitment to serve do pay off! Hope you guys keep up the good work and serve the Newton, MA community for long!

Newton Locksmith Store is great! The prices, especially, are reasonable and seem to fit right into my budget! Before turning into Newton Locksmith Stores loyal customer, Ive had quite a few miserable experiences. Here's one: there was this shop in Newton, MA (I dont exactly recall its name) that claimed to offer services at rock-bottom prices. They say that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! But the lucrative prices clouded my judgment and I called them up for a simple lock repair job. At the end of it all, Id spent around $500 on a totally unnecessary smart lock, some new locks on my windows and a brand new chain lock. I didnt feel cheated at that point. But when the smart lock stopped working within the next two weeks, and the security door chain popped out of its socket, thats when I felt cheated!Eric from Newton Locksmith Store was sympathetic and told me that it was a common practice among most locksmiths to quote cheap rates initially and find ways to scam customers later. Thanks to Eric, all the mess was cleared up! And the prices? Just what I was looking for! Newton Locksmith Store is the BEST in Newton, MA!!! Call them up Im sure youll love their service!!!

Friendly. Fast. Efficient. Cheap. Be nice to them when you call and don't be a douche. Out of all the people in the service industry these guys really don't deserve your shizz and they actually really want to (and like to) help you. In fact, I really had to fight the urge not to ask my guy to keep in touch and go out for beer later. He was just that cool. Very Good service. Professional and veery courteous. Got me out of a jam that was my own making. Thought I could do it myself. Terry did in 30 minutes what took me several hours and all I did was mess things up. Worth every dime! You don't mind paying when you get the service. Pleasant people as well. Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I had locked ourselves out of our new apartment a day after moving in. Fortunately, we had access online and were able to see the reviews here for Newton Locksmith Store. David was amazing! After hearing so many horror stories of shady locksmiths, we were worried about being taken for a ride. David was everything other reviewers have said - he charged a flat fee, even took a little off because he couldn't be here immediately. Really, we couldn't thank him enough for helping us out when we were in such a tight spot. I hope if you are ever in the unfortunate position of needing an emergency locksmith that you are fortunate enough to meet David and the whole crue.

Newton Locksmith Store the best in Newton, MA was here in less than 20 minutes. saved me from my mindless moment. affordable. fast. professional. straight forward. will always call, should i ever find myself in that bind again. which hopefully will be never again, no offense ray.... highly recommended.
