My son and I were visiting my mom and dad in Ashland Massachusetts from Chattanooga Tennessee. My husband couldn't be with us. My son got sick enough to need a doctor. After calling a few places, one being the place my sister brings her kids I was told no I could not bring my son, we are sorry! We didn't want to have to bring him to the ER for something that may have been as simple as an ear infection. Anyway, I decided to call the office I and my brother and sister went to as littleons. They got me in right away! We waited for maybe 10 minutes and I went in and Dr. Pontchic saw my son and he was instantly calmed. She got him on an antibiotic right away and saved my son from having a horrible visit with his grandparents. I even saw my pediatrician Dr. John Cohen!!! This is the best practice in Massachusetts in my opinion. They were all wonderful! It is a warm and loving office. My son loved the huge fish tank. The toys were a plus as was the cool sticker he got at the end of the visit. If we had to, I would go to them again!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars don't cut it, I could say more than 5.
