I agree with the above writer. These negative comments are absolutely not true.
I have seen this NP for a number of months and she has been more than kind to me and incrediably helpful to me and my family.

Doctors and Clinicians are fabulous.
I took off one star because the front desk staff and billing department are terrible. They are unprofessional and obnoxious. I do not like dealing with them at all. Once you get past them, the doctors and clinicians are fantastic.

I saw Andre Papajohn as a clinician and totally surprised at his arrogance. His unprofessional behavior and honesty in my opinion was shocking. As a result, called Andre and told him I would not return to the Newton-Wellesley Practice.
In my opinion, Mr. Papajohn should not have licensure as a LICSW practitioner. Find another therapist there are many certainly one you can trust and have faith in.

I've been seeing Mary Coakley for over 20 years and I have nothing but great things to say about her. Mary tells it like it is and encourages you to make positive changes in your life. If you are just going to her to med seek, you're not going to be happy. She's guided me through some of the toughest moments of my life and she continues to be there for me. She listens 100% and she's wise. Sometimes she tells me things that I may not want to hear but in the long run, she's right all along. When I started seeing her, maybe I did go in thinking that a little medicine would be best for me but she got me to evaluate what it was that I needed and it wasn't stronger anti anxiety meds that I needed but coaching on how to live the best life that I can. She's concerned about your overall health. Like I said before, if you are med seeking, you're not going to like what she says and she won't give it to you but if you are truly looking for direction in your life, then she's there for you.
