Had a tire repaired. A simple nail removed and patched. Tire leaked ever since. Took back to be checked out. They told my wife she had to replace the tire. All four tires are fairly brand new. Still have nipples on them. If they would have took their time and did the job right the first time the tire would not still be leaking.

I bought two tires for my van. When I drove it I had a vibration. I took it back and they told me one of my other tires was bad so I bought two more. Still had the vibration so I took it back and asked them to check the balance. They said they did and they were OK and I probably needed some front end work. Being a retired mechanic I knew they were feeding me a line. I told them I knew it was a tire problem and they needed to either recalibrate their balancer or retrain the tire tech. They told me everything thing was good. I took my van to another shop and they checked all four tires. They were all out of balance. Now I had to pay $80 to have tires balanced that should have been done right the first time. I'm new to town and took my car there because I didn't know anyone. Now after paying $160 for two tires I didn't need. Then to take it somewhere else to get their mistake corrected. Not professional at all.
