The worst experience ever. On October 5, 2012, Zahra Sadeghi put $15.00 into my checking account without my approval. When I came back from Korea, she told me what she had done and I was shocked and upset. It's very upsetting that employee has the ability to access your private account and do what ever they want without your knowing. How can you trust such a bank? She is very unprofessional. She told me about her co-worker who forgot to lock the bank door and the police man found the bank key on the door. She does not keep anything confidential. She told me that Eastern Bank buys quarters and have employee lift the heavy bags of money. She is not happy with giving out money to people who do not have an account with the Eastern Bank. I would not recommend her to anyone. She told me to close my account at a different branch and never come to her branch. She is rude, mean, insulting, and talks badly about people.
