I tried to help this lady and she pulled me off the job she wanted me replump the whole trailer in a hour they are no way to replump a house in a hour I did over half of the job and pulk Ed my crew off so its on her see cuss my guys and I filed pappers and won my case so

HERE IS AN UPDATE: I am out of state and I wired Willie $1000 to fix the mobile home. He has not sent me one receipt nor any any pictures or paperwork explaining what he did. The only thing I have received from Willie and his wife are harassing phone calls, text messages and the threat of a law suit. The repair is now under the supervision of the mobile home park owner and I am able to pay for completed repairs when the mobile home is sold. With that said, if you want information regarding Willie's work, let me know and I will get you in touch with the mobile home park owner and he can describe to you the extent of the damages from Willie, when I fired him****** This guy gets an FFF------ for a grade. I had to give a star rating for the post to go thru, just ignore the star. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. He doesn't show up and when he does show up he has all kinds of excuses and when you confront him he gets rude. He does shoddy work. I live out of state and it was clear I had to have someone come watch over this moron. Willie said, "I don't want 10 people watching over me and I don't want people telling me what to do or I will pack up and leave." When I told him I was going to have his work inspected pre-purchase of a home warranty for the new owner, he got angry and said he wanted to be there for the inspection and if the inspector said anything, he was going to basically, (can't remember exact words) argue with the inspector. He was fixing the broken pipes and instead of putting a new length of new pipe in, it appeared he was splicing the multiple breaks and cracks. He did not let the glue set more than 5 minutes, per the future homeowner, and then was turning the water on. The multiple leaks left water pouring out, getting the insulation all wet. He does noting but lie and I will be surprised if I ever get my receipts and I know I won't get my money back.. Oh yes, he also bad mouthed me to the park manager and the prospective buyer because I was putting the heat on him. I have had to hire someone else and they have informed me nothing was repaired, there were leaks from one end of the mobile home to the other and they have to remove everything that was supposedly repaired and start from the beginning. Do not let him talk you into purchasing a home warranty and he be involved. He tried to scam me on that, too, so I called a reliable real estate agent and got a list of home warranty companies they use. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this guy. He even lied about his marital status, he said he was getting a divorce and told my female prospective buyer he was divorced, then when I fired him a female called stating she was his wife.
