I was having major septic tank problems. I couldn't flush the toilet without it running over. I called about 6 or 7 septic tank services out of Newport Tn. None of them returned my call. I finally ran across Raines Septic Tank Service on YP. When I called him he answered. He came out the next day and discovered that my fill lines were stopped up. Upon receiving a permit he immediately brought his backhoe out and started installing new fill lines. Mr. Raines and his employees are very knowledgeable about septic systems and are excellent in troubleshooting problems and know what to do to fix the problem. It's been about 18 months now since they did the job for me and I haven't had a minute's trouble since. Thanks Mr. Raines for a job well done. Mr. Raines was also very polite. I highly recommend this company to service your septic system. After all, he might be the only one who will return your call.
