Well I love renting your cars and have for a long time but this time I used some of my points and we took a thanksgiving vacation so the car had scratch down the back quarter panel across the marker light and big chips but that's OK so we took off with the kids and there dvd players well nothing works all the ac outlets don't work so we stop and get them fixed blown fuses so we go and love the charger great gas mileage so we leave Sunday morning go thru car wash and fill up with gas and I see that the marker light that was cracked a piece of the lens cover was broken and inside the light so I took it out and saved it so when I turned it in I told Josh and gave him the piece he then freak out taking pics and calling my insurance and wanted my 500 dollar deductible to fix the light it's a 3 dollar lens cover and plus he kept my 150 dollar deposit well anyway they kept my 150 dollar deposit saying it was just cracked and broken so I was the unlucky one who washed the car and got there car fixed for them so I'm not going to rent anymore from them or send nobody else to rent from them so I advise anyone to go elsewhere.
