Our old windows had never been cleaned. I couldn't believe how clean they got them. They scraped and polished them and got off all the old paint and sludge stains,even on the storm windows.They were very professional in all aspects of there service and charged a very fair price.I highly recommend them.

They did a move out cleaning on my apartment that my picky landlord was pleased with.The only company to call!

Amazing job! I was in a jam around the holidays. They came last minute and did a great cleaning for me. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

This company should not be in business. That's it in a nutshell.



They don't cover damages caused by their cleaners, they are told only to "wipe down" household surfaces, the company owner is argumentative and not at all interested in the fact that we (as his customers) were completely dissatisfied. The cleaner (yes, that's right, just one cleaner) was there for 4 1/2 hours and I have no idea what she was doing. At best, she vacuumed, swept and mopped the floors. It seems the "cleaning" stopped there. If I could have given Newport Maid & Cleaning Services zero stars, I would have. Ridiculously poor job, and even worse customer service. DO NOT HIRE THEM. You'll be flushing your money down the toilet (that incidentally, they didn't clean.)

I had a terrible experience with this company. On THREE occasions my house was not cleaned sufficiently and I was charged hundreds of dollars. In fact, I thought they never even came to clean. I spent hours cleaning it myself after they insisted they had been there. Further, the owner Charlie, refused to return my call after cashing a check that I sent him for a future job that was never done. I would NEVER use this company !!!!!!!

Under the advice of the cleaning service I planted pennies in the area I requested to be clean. ie window sils, base boards, behind doors, under a pillow on the couch.

behinf the toilets, next to the bed. THEY WERE ALL THERE!

I asked them to come back and they agreed that the service was unsatisfatory they came back. Pennies were still there.



I SUGGEST YOU WATCH THEM AND DO NOT PAY UNTIL AFTER INSPECTION.
