I wish I could give this place a zero. My fianc� moved in to one of there rentals, because of the speed he needed the place, it wasn�t cleaned, the floor boards by the door are rotten, there was holes everywhere, and the toilet leaked horribly which they did not in the two years he stayed there get fixed, the garage door was not working, and it smelt horrible of smoke. There was burn marks all over the carpet, which was already torn by the kitchen and front door. I would visit him on the weekends, and seen him replace, clean, completely fix up what he could. They do not have any maintenance person for any of there properties. So you will never get anything fixed. He even replace the garage door opener. Upon leaving, and I helped him, a professional cleaner myself, we cleaned, and repaired and took pictures upon leaving. Now he has learned that Donna wasn�t happy about something, has hired a professional cleaner, and will not be getting all of his deposit back. Which he should not have paid in the first place. This place is crooks! I will never recommend them, or use there company at all, and nether should you, even if it looks good, they will screw you in the end.

looking for a 1 bed 1 bath rental for the winter months from November through april

DO NOT RENT BRIDGEVIEW HOUSE!!! AUG.2011 we stayed there - it is DISGUSTING, DIRTY, STICKY, SMELLS, COBWEBS. YOU CAN SMELL THE SOUR OLD DISH RAG WHEN YOU WALK IN THE SCREENLESS FRONT DOOR. DOORS ARE COVERED WITH BIRD MESS AND MUD.BEDSHEETS & TOWELS ARE FADED & THIN - TAKES ABOUT 30 YEARS TO GET THEM LIKE THAT. HOUSE IS NOT TAKEN CARE OF OR CLEANED. IT SHOULD NOT BE RENTED. SHAME ON YAQUINA PROPERTIES FOR RENTING & CHARGING $100 CLEANING FEE.STAY AWAY!!!

I rented an apartment from them a while back. When moving out, they contacted a person not on my approved contact list at her place of employment, and offered her personal financial information about me. I complained while the owner was present and they did not even apologise. I will never do business with them again.
