THE PRICE AND SERVICE ARE TOPS!Called about getting brake work done on trip from Memphis, TN. Told me to come right in, also gave an estimate for repair costs that was better than fair. Drove in, they started service immediately and when finished, the final bill was exactly the same as the estimate.Wish I could convince the owner to move to Memphis, I'd use him for all my repair work!

Called about getting brake work done on trip from Memphis, TN. Told me to come right in, also gave an estimate for repair costs that was better than fair. Drove in, they started service immediately and when finished, the final bill was exactly the same as the estimate.

This is the place to take your car if it needs repair. They are not only great at auto repair, but they are very fair in their price. I will always use this shop for all further repairs to my vehicles.

Last November our vehicle broke down in Newport. We were passing through and didn't know where to be towed. We asked the manager at our motel and he highly recommended McDowells. It was a Friday and the kids needed to be in school and we at work Monday morning. The needed part was not available locally and needed to be ordered. Lucky, the owner who normally does not work on Saturday, came in and finished the job and got us on our way that day. We appreciated the extra effort to get us on our way as sonn as possible.
