I brought my son in for his appointment, was told they had scheduled it wrong because they scheduled him for just a cleaning when he needed more and I would need to reschedule that they would not see him that day. The new appointment is almost a month away. Came back a few days later for my daughters appointment, they scheduled it right in front of me for 9:45am well I sign in and the same lady tries and tell me that her appointment was changed to 8:45am and I missed it but that if I waited she would squeeze me in within the next hour or so. This location has sloppy business practices and it is bad enough that they already over book for appointment slots, now they are not even booking correctly and making kids miss school and parents miss work for no reason other than their sheer incompetence.

Very dissatisfied mother. Waited well past appointment time, facility was dirty, X-rays were performed 4 times without a vest(most upsetting), and was just all around unhappy. I would not recommend to anyone, and I most certainly won't be returning.

Steven is the best he funny and makes it fun and fast !!! Great guy great people here will come agin !!!

Stephen Hason did an extremely great job cleaning my teeth and last time I came in was extremely painful but he made my experience so much better.

Steven and Brittany were excellent with my babies! The most entertaining visit so far! Even my babies left giggling!

Stephen, our hygienist, was fantastic! He kept my children engaged and laughing. They explained everything so this frantic mama was at ease.

Every time I take my boys it is a great experience. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Scheduling and rescheduling is a breeze. It is a pleasure to have them take care of my boys dental health.

Overall great experience and wonderful facilities for the kids of all ages. Facility was very clean and staff friendly and informative.

Steven Hanson is great with kids. I usually have to fight her to see the dentist and he knew exactly what to do to calm her down so he can do what he needed to do. Steven Hanson is the gteatest

Desmond was our assistant and he was one of the best! He was personable, patient, professional as well as knowledgeable in his craft. We wish him the best in his endeavors and hope he will be at Kool Smiles for a long time.

Very friendly did a great job on my filling. Will come again. My boys love it there has a nice room for the kids to play in.

Yesterday my children had there 6 mth check up and I was no impressed by cleanliness of the waiting room.. there were three bandaid stuck to the floor, no toilet paper in the bathroom that smelled like old diapers, trash and shredded paper around the trash can in the waiting room and a really bad smell in the office... If the waiting room is this nasty how clean are the tools they are putting in my child's mouth?? The tech in the back wasn't very nice and all over the place..the wait was not worth it. We will be finding a new dentist..

Shelby and Dr.R were great experience, they did a very good job. Latisha did great X-rays for me as well.

Dr. was running 1.5 hours late and I was not notified by anyone in the office. I paid the visit before my son was seen, after my he was seen the dental assistant came out and said I was going to have to pay $18.40 more. I spoke to the manager and she said I overpaid and was given a $2 refund. Everything was so disorganized and the restrooms were unsanitary. No toilet paper and tissue paper all over floor.

I really enjoyed my experience today at Koop Smiles. The assistant Latisha was wonderful and funny making me feel comfortable during my visit. I will be returning for my fillings and cleaning appointment.

Leandra and Dr. Rastogi were awesome, every one is always so polite. The atmosphere is always so warm and welcoming, my daughter didn't have any complaints as well.

Ive had a great experience with Dr.Gupta and Leondra they are very nice and make dentist visits alot more plesant !

My kids love to come here always have great service and they can't wait to come back the next time .. They are not scared of the dentist..thank you to Dr rastogi and her asstent Latisha for the great service
