I've dealt with a lot of mechanics in the past but my experience at SLR Automotive has really been top notch. My mechanic Al took good care of me and knows his stuff really well. I recommend this place to anyone for a trustful mechanic.

The lady at the front desk was very unprofessional. She was arguing on the phone with what sounded like a guy while there was me and another customer in the waiting area. You would think she wanted our business, but apparently not. She also chose to flirt with two customers while supposedly looking up an estimate for my car. After getting my diagnostic, she then commented how she preferred another mechanic over the one that did service on my car. WOW, what a thing to say to a never- returning customer. I left very disappointed. Not to mention that she could not give me an accurate estimate, stating that she has to wait until a co-worker returns on a different day. So I basically paid for a guess, since she gave me estimates on parts that the mechanic did not mention. I don't usually write reviews, but I was NOT happy or impressed.
