you can't get waited on in the store, no one to help you self-service I guess...then if you call dept. no one answers call. so I called the main phone and still got no answer...I will go somewhere else and shop.

Great Salon ... My stylist VUI made me feel like a MILLION DOLLARS and did not cost $1,000,000 . Thanks JCPENNEY and VUI
