Worst cleaning service I have ever had. Due to illness i had not picked up little things like I usually do when I have someone come in and cleans, however my house was far from being a disaster. When they came in and I showed them around, there was box of christmas gift wrap sitting in the middle of the floor in the family room, and they mentioned they did not move anything, I did not think much of that and moved it myself. They started upstairs and I just stayed downstairs in the family room and let them do their thing. When they did make it downstairs and i did watch what they were doing, they were not kidding, they don't move A THING! In the family room they just used a little duster and literally just dusted around the pictures and decorations on the fireplace mantle. The coffee table, again just dusted around anything on the table, and the end table they did not even bother touching. When they vacuumed it was very poorly done and there is still dirt on the carpets in the dining room. The kitchen, I can't even tell you what they did in there. Instead of mopping they used a dirty swifter, and did not bother going into the pantry/laundry room where there is still dirt on the floor. After they left I did check the bathrooms. The half bath I don't even think they touched, and the two full baths were done marginal at best. When I ran my hand over the shower wall, it still felt like it was dirty. It was a team of two that arrived, and they were here a total of maybe 2 1/2 hours to clean a 3 bedroom/2 and a 1/2 bath home. I have recently purchased several different living social deals for home cleaning services in an effort to find a quality service to clean my home, so in sense this was an interview to see how well they did. After the lack of cleaning they did in my home today, not only will I not choose them for my service, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
