On 8/10/17 I paid a deposit of $1750.00 for a website. We had several emails back and forth in regards to the new site then nothing. No responses to my emails and as of today they have blocked our phone number are his employee will not discuss anything with us.

My Desired Resolution:
We would just like a refund so we can move on.

Phusion PC is the best, they can fix ANY problem you have with a laptop, desktop or any devise you have. They build our personal computers and all of our company needs are met by Phu and his team. The best around hands down!

I recently damaged the screen on my laptop and was debating whether to replace it or just get a new laptop. I contacted several local companies about repairing it and my experience with them made me want to just throw in the towel and buy a new one. Then I contacted Phusion PC. Not only was Phu very prompt in returning my calls but he also followed up with additional information above and beyond what I had asked about. He researched my system to provide me all my options so that I could make an informed decision. This was all before I had even agreed to take it in to have him repair it. He was very good at explaining things to me and not “talking down” to me because I didn’t understand all the technical jargon. The work was done very quickly and expertly. But more important was the excellent customer service provided by Phu. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company.

Phusion PC built our home computer, cleaned up all 3 of our laptops and also my mom's computer and they are so knowledgable and are able to fix and help with any computer issues we have had...

Took my old desktop to Phusion PC...they got it running again and saved me from buying a new one! Great people that do great work.

Phusion PC charges very competitive rates, and definitely gives you great service for your money. Phu has helped me out with multiple computers, both desk top, and laptop, since I have been taking my computer needs to him, both purchase and service needs. His company is the only one I trust with my equipment. I highly recommend his services, both for personal and for business needs.

I picked this company because to the great reviews on here and I took my daughter's laptop in to get a new screen, more RAM, and just an all-around maintenance and clean-up. Phu was fantastic! Starting with his engaging, helpful personality, to the upscale presentation and cleanliness of his office to the work done on her computer, I just could not be more pleased. The computer's picture is beautiful, the computer itself runs faster and better than it did even when new! The service and repairs were done quickly, done well, and very reasonably priced. This company will get all of my business from now on.

Phusion PC is hands-down the best place to go for your computer needs. They understand every intricate detail and are able to build the computer you need from the ground up. The customer service is unparalleled. I'm thrilled to send my child off to school with a computer I know can be serviced from afar. I can't say enough good things about Phusion PC. Phu, knows what he is doing when it comes to networking and hardware and graphics. Hands down one of the best! Made things very easy to understand and listens to what it is that you need and makes sure you do not purchase something that you will be unhappy with. When I first visited Phusion PC, I went in there with pretty low expectation since I went to the several other places to get my computer looked at and repaired and all of the them were telling me the same thing; I need to buy a whole brand new computer or it would cost me a lot more to fix my old one. Phu met up with me even after the office was closed, which most places don't do. He was very professional and knowledgeable on the product. I was surprised when he told me he will take and fix it in an hour in very satisfying price. And on top of that, he upgraded my computer(with no extra charge) as a special deal so it worked faster than it ever did! Now, I don't go to any other place but Phusion PC if I have computer problems even if it means for me to drive there for extra mins/miles since I'm from VB.

I remember setting up an appointment and coming in for my consultation because my laptop was continuously crashing on me and running terribly slow. Phu was very helpful in explaining and evaluating in detail what was wrong with my laptop and the proper procedures that needed to be taken to go about fixing it. I felt very safe leaving my computer with him and knew it was in good hands. By the time it was finished, my laptop was running just like new, if not better. Phusion PC has great service and shows their customers that they have expert knowledge in their field.

I found Phusion PC and Staff to be incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They explained everything to me in non-computer terms. I dropped my computer off and I got my laptop back in 3 days that was much faster than I expected . I was afraid my laptop was a goner, and they were able to restore my computer and recover all of my data, and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Phusion PC highly to anyone. A+++

I don't know too much about computers, but they were so knowledgeable and helpful I'm definitely going back for my PC needs. They let me know exactly what was wrong, let me know my options before they did it, and did everything in the most efficient way possible to help me save as much money as they could. My laptop now works faster than when I first bought it out of the store! Being so friendly, easy, and affordable I would definitely recommend Phusion PC to my friends and coworkers.
