The knowledge of sales staff is limited to none. The attitude of the techs is poor. I called before I came in and was told 45 minutes. I am currently still here and waiting. The bitched about my work truck having a tool box with "to much weight" to so an oil change just to try and get out of doing it. Not true at all. No different than doing a larger style truck, for real. It's been over 2.5 hours and still have tire to change too. Another man was waiting on his truck to get a tire for 1.5 hours then was told they don't have the tire. So sad is Merchant Tire on Warwick Blvd. Oh ya then half the staff showed up late high as gas, nice huh?
