I always get flowers or arrangement from here if I want something special and not the typical FTD arrangement with pink and blue. They rock!!

Avoid Jeff's Flowers. I ordered an arrangement with soft, pink orchids and short, broad leafs to compliment. But the arrangement delivered was completely different! Tall bladed leaves and sharp, pointy, orange flowers that look kind of like pincushion protea. Jeff's Flowers said the flowers I ordered were no longer in stock; so they sent a different arrangement in its place. I can't believe they completely changed the order without my permission! If they substituted flowers were similar in color and style I would have been ok with it, but these were totally different. You cannot expect the substituted flowers to go in the same room as the original flowers. These flowers were a big thank you to dear friends and meant for display in their waiting room for show to guests. Now they have a hideous, freaky-looking plant sitting there. I think they should throw it out. The worst part is Jeff's Flowers did not see this as a problem and would do nothing to remedy the situation. I don't really care for a refund. I just want my friends to get the flowers they wanted. I am extremely displeased with the service. Pros: Flowers did get delivered. Cons: They will change your order out from under you. Poor customer service.

JEFFS FLOWERS MAKES THE BEST FLOWERS EVER! I HAVE BEEN USEING THEM SINCE HIGH SCHOOL FOR CORSAGES. THEN THEY DID MY WEDDING FLOWERS AND THEY WERE MORE BEAUTFUL THEN ANYTHING I COULD HAVE DREAMED OF!! THE POEPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE SO NICE AND CAREING. I WOULD NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I AM MORE THAN PLEASED WITH THEM!!

I've never seen an arrangement as beautiful as the one I sent to my boyfriend for his birthday as sent by Jeff's Flowers, Of Course! I wasn't sure what would make for a "masculine" type of flower arrangement and the clerk suggested a tropical. OMG!! Needless to say, the gift was a big hit. Best of all, it was a great opportunity to see their style of work and I am now happy to say they'll also be doing our wedding flowers!!
