This is byfar the worst dealership I have ever encountered. All the paperwork was signed, we took possession of the vehicle but the owner didnt like the way the deal was setup... so they called me asked for the car back. Cmon. A deal is a deal, just because it doesnt benefit the owner doesn't mean it isn't legally binding. With that said, I am keeping the car. Pathetic that the management cannot do a deal without it getting overriden by the owner. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else that cares about you and your family... it has been a lot of unneeded stress.
