Nestled in the Newport Shopping Center, you will find Hong Kong Restaurant Buffet.



This is a very affordable restaurant that would stand on it's own if it weren't for two problems.



First, the extremely low price draws a seedy crowd with questionable hygiene. I won't elaborate - use your imagination!



SEcond, given the clientele, the cleanliness and sanitation precautions are inadequate. There are not enough dividers and sneeze guards. There are not enough staff to monitor the buffet.



The food is probably good enough for the price. There are certainly enough offering including a limited selection of sushi rolls and crab legs with the dinner offerings.
