I've been getting my hair cut at Great Clips in Newport for about 3 years. You never have to make an appointment and the staff is friendly. The only thing is I tried to get my hair done there for prom and since there are no appointments... I couldn't. Not cool. But if you want to get your hair cut there go for it.
