My wife and i just recently bought a foreclosure in Newport Coast. We made a good deal on the house , but it was vacant for 5 months and the yard was a disaster. We've been through all this before so this time we took a different approach. We had our own little version of the "Landscapers challenge". No, I'm serious, thats what we did! We set an exact budget and gave it to 3 landscapers and asked them to come back with an itemization of what they could do and still stay on that budget. We chose Richard because he came back to us with so much more for the same amount of money. For example his plan had a built in masonry BBQ pit, and a patio cover and a lot more plants too. He definately provided a lot more value for the same amount of money. Richard created beautiful plans, got the neighbors signatures for us, and had them approved by our HOA. The job started and finished when they said it would. Other than a couple of small additions we made, the project came in right on budget. Richards men are true craftsman and it shows in the final result. One of the little surprise that my wife and I really loved is that Richard sent us progress photos from the jobsite that we could see when we were at work. This reduced the stress of wondering what was going on at home considerably. All in all it was a really enjoyable experience and I am recommending them to my friends.
