I am so happy i hired The David Chesley law firm!!! David was straight forward and explained what i was facing very clearly! He was fantastic in the courtroom and i could tell the district attorney really respected him! Even the judge seemed to really like and trust him! He was very professional and got me a much better outcome that i could have wished for !!!

David provided me with timely and expert advice regarding a potential case involving a relative that was very useful. After listening to the facts of the case and asking good clarifying questions, he provided me with an overview regarding the different ways in which the case was likely to evolve. In the end, he advised me that my relative likely did not need his services, but to stay in touch if the situation changed. I have a good sense for what makes a great vs good vs average lawyer. I would consider David great based the experience that I've had with him and would recommend him to others. I hope that my relative will not need his services, but if they do, he is the first person I am going to recommend!

David was able to work with the local prosecutor to get a family's members charges reduced from DWI to reckless operation. There were some extenuating medical situations that helped to assist David in getting these charges reduced. He was very patient with the family. Taking the time to explain the charges and to keep us abreast of the case.

It felt like my trial went on forever and it was really weighing on me, in the end it worked out and the charges were dismissed due to lack of evidence against me, but it was rough. It was good having an attorney next to me each time.

All this stuff with the court was so confusing and giving me a headacher, the PD was not being helpful at all.
