Dr. Afifi is an amazing doctor. A friend referred me and swore by her. I hesitated after having such bad past experiences with other plastic surgeons, but my friend said to make an appointment and just listen to what she has to say. Best advice I ever received. I met with Dr. Afifi and was very comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and ethical. I had her perform a couple procedures to date and I've never been happier. Finding her was like finding gold! I now have her inject my fillers as well. I never would have known how different I can look from one doctor injecting my fillers than another doctor if I hadn't experienced it for myself. I look absolutely beautiful now. I feel blessed.

Dr, Afifi really makes you feel comfortable. I have seen many doctors and she is the only one who sat and talked with me for about two hours, she is the best.

No one better than Dr. Afifi: I had a tiny cyst right next to the inside corner of my eye...she did such a good job removing it, no discomfort, NO SCAR at all... I also had her do my lips and got so much male attention after the initial swelling went down

Dr. Afifi is extremely gifted and highly educated. She has fixed a couple of my prior surgeries done by other doctors. Now that I have found Dr. Afifi I will never go to another plastic surgeon. Not only is she extremely talented, but she is honest and thoughtful. In my 25 years of having cosmetic procedures, Dr. Afifi is a rare find. I'm delighted to have finally found her. From now on when I have a surgery I know I'm in the best possible hands.

I was really comfortable with Dr Afifi because she took the time to explain everything to me, I read her credentials & her experience (she has a lot of experience) but overall she made me feel secure & confident. I found her on real self. Someone wrote a review on her that I like & she recommends that I go to her Santa Ana Office because the overhead was cheaper and she could give us a better rate than her Newport Office & she did. Reading everyone experiences has really helped me get through so I just wanted to say Thank You to Real self for having this site, & to everyone that has posted comments & answers even though I didn't ask question someone else did & I still got my answer, & Dr Afifi for doing a great job.

I didn't know what to expect. I felt very comfortable with her and she took the time to answer all my questions. I didn't get a sales pitch about how great she was and why she was better than other doctors, instead, she spent time asking me what I wanted and trying to make sure I was happy. I chose her based on referrals from friends and reviews of her on websites...

She is a self-proclaimed perfectionist. She is very down to earth and she does not sugar-coat things, she will tell it like it is. The staff is wonderful and the surgery center staff was amazing as well.

Went to her Santa Ana office. Dr. Afifi is thorough, made me feel comfortable and counseled me on what is best for me to look younger and feel better. Her fee was reasonable and I really liked her. A woman plastic surgeon understands me.
