I wanted a trim done, which i have short hair. was told no appt. needed, do accept walk ins. only one person was already there. the stylist who did my hair apparently had something else on her mind. she called me back. put me in the chair, did the trim, hair sprayed it...then in shock she looked at me an said, OMG i forgot to wash your hair. i said never mind. i told her i tried to get her attention and all she did was smile. i still paid full price but left no tip. wont be going back there anymore. i couldve done that at home.

Its great place to get a hair cut. They are super nice and do a wonderful job, but they are little more expensive than your normal hair cutting place. There is one huge factor that keeps this place from getting 5 stars. It is the fact that there is always a long wait and they won't do call aheads or appointments. I love this place but it shouldn't take 2 hours to get your hair cut if you're a Guy.
