Purrrrfect.We bought a car from CarMax who are supposed to be very thorough --we even got warranty from them..we had to take car back to them, picked it up still not fixed..one trip to Crossroads-- no more problems

These guys are FANTASTIC! They've been taking good care of my car for the ten years that I've lived here, and have never let me down. They are professional, yet very friendly, have good hours, fair prices, and always try to "work me in" when I'm in a bind. I'm VERY pleased with all the work I've ever had them do. I highly recommend!

These are the nicest and most helpful people in the business. They do what they say they will and try to make the experience of having car trouble more pleasant. My husband and I are very pleased and have been for years now. We recommend them to every one we meet, especially new comers to the area. If all repair shops were this good the world would be a better place. They don't make women feel incompetent, they listen to what you have to say and go from there to try to fix the problem. If they don't find one, then they don't charge you for something they DIDN'T do like a lot of rip off shops would do. They are the greatest all around shop. Their prices are fair and will not break the bank.
