I would never recommend Coast Dental/Dr. Sheerin Yusuf of Newnan, Ga. She was unwilling to perform a simple extraction the day I was seen & was in so much pain. Instead she insisted I take antibiotics & return two wks later. Two days later unable to tolerate the pain any longer she still would not see me. She said she would see if her assistant could come in, six hrs later I still had not heard from her. When I called she told me she was unable to get her assistant to cone in. She then made me wait five more days. There is not enough space to go into further detail of what followed when I FINALLY had the procedure, but I will say she is the most uncaring dentist I have ever seen. Her unwillingness to listen to what her patient is asking because her ego is in the way. I chose to not engage in a verbal altercation with her which it was obvious to me is exactly what she wanted. I have NEVER experienced anything so unprofessional in my life. People cannot see what is in your heart, but they will never forget how you made them feel. Dental procedures cause enough anxiety without the added stress of a dentist making you feel like you just do not matter.

I have had a great experience here. Dr Dalakita takes her time to explain options for treatment and is very compasionate. Nikki the hygentist is a great teacher about prevention and makes sure your teeth are in good health.

The dentist did a wonderful job, but the billing department is a mess! They charged me for services they should not have, according to the insurance company, and overcharged me for others. Since they made me pay up front for the "estimated out of pocket" costs, I ended up paying over $200 more than I should have. I have been attempting for the last three weeks to get that money back, but I can't get any cooperation from them. It's become a nightmare. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! By the way, when you leave a negative review on their website, it doesn't show up... no wonder it has a perfect 5-star review. They aren't even honest with public opinion.

Don't use them. I haven't been happy with any of their service since I use them. They charge me $875. for a procedure, when my insurance company tells me that I should have paid $370plus labs. Now they don't want to reimburse me any of the overpayment. Claiming their lab fees for this one procedure was the additional $500. Learn from my mistake, don't go to them.
