Owner does not honor his warranties and told me outright that Snapper mowers weren't built well anymore and i needed to call them to complain but he sure didn't mind selling me one... mower was less than 2 years old and gave problem after problem but he refused to fix and was goin to charge me 100's of$ for something still under his fake warranty..a clutch should last more than 1 cutting season and steering broke within months..and no i didnt abuse something i paid big money for it was just junk..the old ones lasted 10yrs or more the new ones dont last 10 months.. he also called my personal cell after i posted what happened on another review site and called me a "baby", then hung up like a little child..

If I could rate them lower I would. 8 weeks to get my mower back and not one call from them. I had to call every time to get an update or reason why it was not ready and now it is broke again because they left a part out, May 2016

Allowed free pick up of riding mower with coupon. Bill came to $250.00 to replace blade, change oil. Outrageous prices and rude never offered to show me parts they supposedly replaced. Have had nothing but problems with Snapper lawn tractor.

I purchased my snapper from Absolute mower in Newnan Ga. two years ago thinking I would get better service at a local shop than a "big box" store...NO SUCH LUCK!!! No wonder big businesses have taken over. When my TWO YEAR OLD snapper would no longer pull itself forward or reverse I brought it in thinking that since it was still under warranty I would get taken care of. I was told by the owner that snapper mowers are no longer built well and that if he honored all his warranty work he would,"be out of business." He then said that I needed to call snapper myself and complain. Well im sorry but I didnt pay over 1300$ for a new mower to take on a part time job. Seeing that I was getting nowhere with him I then tried to meet him halfway and told him I would purchase the defective two yr old clutch but I was not paying him the 75$ an hour shop fee to install it. He then went back to his old standby saying,"not my problem I gotta stay in business." By the way Absolute, 75$ an hour, my doctor doesnt charge that much and he went to college for ten years. What did ya'll do go to the snapper repair weekend seminar??? These guys are a joke and I strongly urge you not to get tangled up with them because your warranty will not be worth the cheap paper it was written on. Luckily another mower shop in Newnan took care of me even though I didnt purchase the mower from them. 37$ out the door while absolute had plans to get me for over 100$ (on a mower that was still under their useless warranty)...

Absolutely worst service. Mower has been in their shop for 3 weeks for a simple repair (replace broken starter rope) Picking mower up tomorrow and taking to another repair shop. Will never return to this shop and would be look elsewhere if I were considering the purchase of snapper product.

Bought a cable that cost $29.40. It was wrong cable(my fault). They said I could send it back and they would send me the one I needed, which cost $9.05 and they would refund me the difference. I paid shipping on both of these items. They never refunded my money. When contacted they said that I wasn't due a refund because they had to pay shipping to send cable back to where they got it, so that they broke even. I don't think so. Weight was less than a pound. Beware.
