Price has lost my business. They had scheduled me to do a small repair on my jeep today and did not follow through with what they said they would do. They assured me that they would complete the job today and did not even start it. It was difficult for me to find transportation to my job in Newburyport MA and after all that they did not even fix my jeep. The shop seems completely unorganized and business is terribly mismanaged. I will try to convince everyone I know in the area to bring their vehicles to a competitor of prices. Even though I was on their schedule they chose to work on cars that were brought in that day instead of cars they were already scheduled to work on. (I know this because my girlfriend actually brought her car in today and they fixed it and neglected mine). There is no such thing as first come first serve at prices. I have no trust in prices sunnycrest garage and neither should anyone else. Owner did not try to help and fix the situation.

It is an absolute pleasure to deal with Jim and the technicians. They are helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly - honest. Don't hesitate trusting you vehicle to them. Russ L.
