I have found this company to go above any other storage we have used. (We are a prior military family and have moved quite a few times in 27 years) All our questions were answered and helpful suggestions were made. We got exactly what we were looking for, a safe, clean, affordable place to store our family treasures. Miss Sue is also credited with saving our family pet. We knew no one with pets except "the lady at the storage place". We called her and asked her if she could recommend a vet. She did and our Mercy is still with us! They seem to treat each person as if they are part of the family, and not just "unit c-14". I was surprised to receive a call one morning from them asking if we were still looking for a small dining room table. A family was moving and had one they were giving away. They remembered we had said something about needing one a few months before. Now, that is knowing your customers and their needs. Thank you for all of your help and service.

We stored our stuff at Newmarket Storage for 3 years. I can not tell you how happy we were with the service we received. Sue and her crew went out of their way on several occasions when we needed help. They went far and above what we expected as we have had bad experiences in the past.
