Just spoke with Trade Winds. Asked them to adjust my heads "again" because me driveway is getting soaked and my grass is dying. Their answer was I need more heads. Told them I had a photo but she said they know what thy're doing. This may be a case where the customers opinion doesn't matter. I'll be looking for somebody else to service my system. Very disappointing customer service!

Tradewind was outstanding in every phase. I called to get a quote. They were pleasant on the phone and the sales man got back to me within 24 hours. We made an appointment for the estimate. He showed up exactly on time. After the estimate was done we sat down, he demonstrated all the various pieces of equipment; heads, timer, rain sensor, etc. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgable. He left me with a booklet and literature, and said he'd check back with me in 48 hours. I liked this because he wasn't pushy about getting the sale right then and there. He did call me a couple days later, I told him I had one more quote to get and I'd let him know later. He was fine with that.

I obtained 3 quotes. Tradewind was in the middle, however I went with them because of their overall experience. I'm an attorney, and I can tell you that if I were in trouble, I'd go into court represented by an attorney with 20 years experience every day before I chose an attorney with only 5 years experience. Experience counts quite a bit.

Tradewind set me up for an installation date. They came that day and on time. The job was finished by dinner time as promised. What impressed me the most was how all the workers knew exactly what each one should do. The foreman didn't really have to tell them hardly anything! When they were done, my yard looked llike nobody had been there. seriously, I thought I'd have some repairs to my landscaping, but I really didn't. Between the pleasant and courteous attitude of everyone I dealt with, and the fine job itself. I couldn't be more pleased!
