My cousin used to be the manager so I tried to purchase a part from them today. I met Chad through an inquiry phone call to be sure they had what I need. He assured me they did so I drove 18 miles to pick it up. When I came in he told me he was confused about what I needed. (I'd given specific numbers in the call). He told me the W. Hartford store had the part but as I stood there when he called he stated to the person on the other end "we don't sell just the part right?" He got off the phone and quoted me $129.00 to fix my computer. I told him the part on eBay was $10 and only had to be plugged in as I'd disassembled the computer. He told me it was a special order. Just like shady auto repair when they think you are clueless. The part is a dc power jack for an Acer Aspire 5741. He was a condescending no-nothing. I hope his boss reads this. Lost my business forever. I'll tell anyone who needs repairs to avoid this company.

Had my computer fixed here last week. The guy was very polite despite seeming to be very busy, he got me the computer back the same day after telling me it may take more time then that. Im satisfied.

I bring computer here i speak with timmy and he said he could fix in 2 days, i just had a virus, i waiting a week because i thought he needed more time, when i call i found out that the computer was done that same day NO ONE EVER CALL ME
