I ordered food tonight for two my total came to 43.00. I had to wait an hour for it first off I really didn't mind because it was being delivered but when I finally got it my chicken was sitting in a pile of juice which isn't suppose to be like that the fried rice had a hair in it and wasn't even fried rice it was white rice with chicken and vegetables in it. It was so gross I couldn't even eat it and my soup came in a cup with the regular drinking to for straw it was melted and hanging inside the cup. My husband ate his sweet and sour chicken but it only had like four pieces of chicken the rest was veggies but he was hungry. My veggies were bitter so I didn't take a second bite. I called for a refund, she told me to come in. I told her I would pay for my husbands food because he ate it. When I went in I took the food that I didn't eat to show her, she asked where the hair was I told he I took it out because I was looking at it then sat it on my plate so I didn't think she wanted to see it WHATEVER, she told me I should've left it in there so she could show the chef! I said ok then she just stuck her hand out so I gave her my debit card she then said NO RECEIPT! So I gave it to her she then bounced my card off the counter from throwing it. I told her she didn't have to be RUDE and left! I will never ever eat there again and I wont eat chinese food for a long time!!! UGH!!!
