Worst place ever. I wanted to overnight lobsters to my family in Chicago which I have done many many times before. I went to pak mail this time, I dropped the two boxes off before 5 because the pickup is a little after 5. Apparently one of the employees neglected to load them on the truck. I followed up the next day and they informed me that they were never sent out. They refused to help me with getting them there before it was too late saying it was too expensive. They were the ones who screwed up. I shouldn't have been the one to pay for it. I ended up picking up the boxes and shipping them out via fed ex at another local shipping company and had no issues. I am a local and I have told many people to not go back.
