Provided by YP.comI would NEVER buy from this company again. I ordered a laptop part; never received a confirmation email. I called them to ask about it multiple times; nobody picked up. I saw that my bank account had been charged. I sent them an email straight from my college email account to ask about order status; nobody responded. I saw through my bank online that the charge disappeared; figured that the order had been cancelled. A day later, I saw that the charge had reappeared.
I called them again. I finally reached them through the phone after several days; the people in charge had apparently "been away." I was asked to call back 10 min later, called back 10 min later, and was asked to call back another 30 min later. Called back 30 min later, got a different person on the phone - Carol.
I requested a refund because they had not given me ANY updates, confirmations, etc. As soon as she heard "refund," her tone turned rude. She refused the refund, saying that they already shipped my order as promised, and insisting that I gave them the wrong email address; I checked and I did give them the right address. I'd also emailed them FROM that email address. She then insisted that MY email wasn't working, even though I've been getting emails from friends, Amazon, subscriptions, etc - that is, everyone except them. I gave them a different address anyway.
An hour later, I still hadn't received anything from them, so I called again. Turns out she copied the second address down wrong. I finally received an email from them, only it was full of Outlook attachments that wouldn't open. Tried calling them again, Carol HUNG UP on me as soon as I introduced myself again.
FINALLY got an email from them 15 min later, saying that my order shipped through UPS and giving me the tracking number. I checked on UPS; that number didn't exist. I called Carol again; she didn't pick up. I left a message threatening to have my bank investigate them if they didn't at least respond. Later, I got a rude email from Carol, saying that I couldn't read and her previous email "clearly said FedEx," even though a text search shows that "FedEx" was nowhere in that email, but "UPS" was. I did eventually get my computer part, so I dropped my request for a refund, too pissed off to deal with them anymore. Figured it was a $55 object lesson about ordering from random companies on the internet.
