We purchased a new HVAC system as well as a Hot Water Heater. The salesman we met with was very knowledgable and was able to address all of our questions. The installation team was neat and professional. The job turned out great. We highly recommend.

Our air conditioning stopped working right in the middle of the latest heat spell. When I called for an appointment, I figured that it would be somewhere between 1 and 2 weeks before they could come out, but much to my surprise they scheduled an appointment just two days out.

Our heating and air conditioning system was installed in 1982 and given its age, I was prepared to hear that a major component had failed with associated costs to repair or replace. But to my pleasant surprise Ralph quickly identified that it was the thermostat had failed. He had the unit replaced and was gone within an hour. And ... best of all we had our air conditioning back on!

Though out the whole process, Ralph was friendly and professional. To be honest, given the age of our system if he had told me that I needed a new compressor or coil, I would have believed him and had the work done.

I strongly recommend these guys to anyone who needs heating and air conditioning work done.

We bought a home with asbestos wrapped ducts and a 40 year old air conditioner. I had heard about Conejo Valley Heating and Air on the radio and decided to try them. It was a major project with a lot of moving parts and it could have been chaos. Conejo Valley Heating and Air managed the process very professionally, starting with James who told us what would happen each step of the way. The installer led by Eduardo very efficiently installed new ducts and the air conditioner and the company followed through with the HERZ review and owner visit. The job was done efficiently and I am completely satisfied. I received the reports as Air by Design said I would and have scheduled my inspector visit from the City/County. What a pleasure to have such great support and knowledge. Conejo Valley Heating & Air tops them all. We had a situation with another company that was going to charge us an arm and a leg so we decided to call another company. To our surprise C.V.H&A. was across the street working on a neighbor's a.c.. We asked them to come over and take a look at our a.c. (which had not been working for weeks because of the dilly-tallying from the other company) they did so a couple of days later, order parts at one-third of the cost of the other company. We are incredibly happy. Now I'm going to call them to fix my washing machine!! Ralph is a great tech with a super sense of humor.

We had a AC unit put in our home and they were nothing but spectacular on all counts...Then I needed one at my Condo where my son lives, called them out for that and again nothing less than spectacular! Honest, conscientious, prompt, excellent workmanship, clean, neat and they wear shoe covers!!! My son had to have them come out this week to check on a noise, turns out it was nothing but they checked it all out and my son said Ralph was so nice, good guy! I have always used them for my appliance repairs/washer/dryer ....Would never use anyone else. They are solid ! Recommend them 100%
