Absolutely awful business. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HERE. They defrauded my wife and I. BB B complaint in progress.

I purchased a closeout 5 piece dining set from them yesterday. Upon transportation from the showroom to the loading dock the staff member put a gouge in the top of the table in it with his metal watch. When this was discovered and I called them about it, they said that there was nothing they could do about it. It would cost me the same as I paid for it to fix what they caused.

They claim that "satisfaction is our highest priority" however I believe instead they claim such to earn your trust, and then decide to keep your money and leave you with a damaged product of their cause instead.

They claim that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them, however I believe that this company claims such to earn your trust and instead, would rather just keep you're money and force you to retain a product that they damaged.

I bought an "as is" closeout of a 5-piece dining set from them. During the transport from the showroom to the loading dock the delivery guy put a large gouge in the table from his metal watch. When we found this out at home, (because with a close inspection before the buy it was not there and after carefully padded transportation to our home,) I called them the next day. They said because it was a closeout that they were not going to do anything about it, and a refinish job would cost what I paid for it!!!They claim that customer satisfaction is top priority, well I'm still not satisfied and they do not hold up to their word

This store had a great selection, quality furniture, low prices, on-time delivery, and good service following delivery. Their deliverymen went so far as to remove a bannister to squeeze an item up the narrow stairs to our condo, and then replaced the bannister when done.
