Visited Sally Beauty Supply in Mid-Valley Mall (against Yelp's advice). Wanted Orly bonder and a bottle of polish. I see a sale sign on the shelf, $5 off the bonder with a purchase of one bottle of polish. Sweet! So I get to the register and tell the lady that I'm expecting that deal...she looks puzzled, so I asked if she knew what I meant, and she said yes. So she leaves the register and goes to get a mini bottle of argon cuticle oil and tosses it in my bag and says it's free. great! Then I look at the receipt, and no $5 off. So she says to me nooo, this month the deal is buy two polishes and get one free. Now I'm not crazy and I don't hallucinate. I saw the $5 off sign five minutes ago. I walk over to the shelf, and the sign is gone. I told the woman it was here 5 minutes ago and she must have removed it. She looks me in the eye and lies to my face, "No, I didn't remove any sign" and proceeds to point out the buy two get one free sign. So I just said, "fine" and took my bag and left. I hate liars. I should have made her void the whole sale, but for some reason I didn't...will never go here again. For the sake of $5, they have lost ALL my future business.
