Happy with our roof not happy with another expense of $2700 now for a damaged driveway from the garbage dumpster, LaMela garbage company, that sat on the driveway for 2 weeks with nothing on the bottom of it to protect our driveway.
Now the driveway is damaged and now we have to take it up with the courts to get our driveway fixed because no one wants to take responsibility for not putting protective equipment under the dumpster for it to sit there that long and sink into the blacktop driveway.
The owner of this company came out and said the roof looks beautiful of course it does he didnt do it his workers did and they were great but he wants to deduct 200$ off the roof and said our driveway was old anyway. RUDE. So tomorrow on my off day I will be filing a small claims document against RCI contracting to resolve the issue with my driveway to have it fixed. That was not our fault.

I am very please with my new windows. We called Roberts Contracting after being referred by a co-worker. A live person answered the phone and set up an appointment. Roberts, called to tell us he was running a few minutes late. Roberts took inventory of our needs, Little things I didnt think of. protecting our carpet, the inside trim, insulating the frame, capping the outside, a lead paint lesson.
I received a detailed written estimate on the spot. I told Roberts, I'm not the kind of person who makes a snap decision. He was good with that. After checking references and reviewing the Grand Estates Window, I gave the ok to start the contract. They told me, I would not hear back from them, until they had received the windows from the manufacturer. 2 weeks later, they called to set up an install date.
I had 16 windows replaces. It only took a day and half to complete the project. Everything the estimator told me was correct. My windows came out great and I am extremely happy with Roberts

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They did not honor their window contract even when it was their fault. They ordered the wrong size and said they did not realize how much work was involved with installation. Contract was for $1,445 and I gave a $500 nonrefundable deposit. After his mistake, he wants to charge $2,700. If I voided the contract, they would have kept my deposit. Should I have to pay for their mistake? I think not!!!!

Roberts sent Chad out to walk us through the roofing process. They were very competitively priced and had good reviews from other who had used them. They came and in 2 days finished our roof. Aside from a little bit of debris that was left around the yard the roof came out nice and we've had some pretty heavy rain since and no signs of leaks thus far. No complaints here.

Thank you Roberts Contracting for helping me solve my winter snow issues on my 25 year old roof. I called after a heavy snow and we had developed ice dams. Roberts sent a crew out the same day!! they cleaned the snow off and put salt in the gutters. They gave me a free estimate on a new GAF roof, with an upgraded warranty. The first warm day in March, they installed the new roof and it looks great. Clean up was terrific. Thanks again.

We recently had to replace our 22 year old roof. I debated about putting it off for another year or two, but decided that doing it now could save us alot of grief later. I called 3 established roofing contractors. After interviewing the 3 roofers and getting estimates, I decided to hire Roberts Contracting Inc. Besides being the lowest price, Roberts has a live person answering the phone, gave me a detailed estimate and I felt I was getting the best warranty. I also like that the owner, Kevin Roberts is proud enough to put his name on every job. Roberts installed a GAF timberline roof, with ice shield and ridge vent. Kevin helped my wife, Betty, pick the shingle color. I thought white would look great, but Roberts suggested Pewtar. I must admit it, Pewtar was the right choice. The installation took 1 day with were no surprises. The clean up was fantastic, they did a great job of protecting my property from the rigors of stripping shingles off our roof.

I had called Roberts Contracting inc, early on a Thursday morning after the heavy snows of the day before. We had developed an ice dam on our roof and the roof had a lot of snow on it that we were unable to reach. The person I spoke to quoted a fee of $555 and told me that his crew would be at our house at 9am the next morning, Friday morning. I snow plowed, shoveled and got ready for his crew. The Crew from RCI showed up at 8:55AM, right on time. By noon time all the snow was removed from my roof, Ice dams removed and salt was spread throughout my gutters. My leaks stopped immediately. In the spring, I will have Roberts install a new roof. Roberts is a Honest and Reliable Roofing Contractor.

My Uncle Gene, was a contractor for 37 years, Mostly in Sullivan County. He is now retired or he would have been doing roofs. I asked Uncle Gene who to call to replace my 25 year old roof. With out hesitation he said, "Roberts Contracting" . Gene Never used Roberts, but being in the business he knows who is legit. I did hire Roberts Contracting and was very satified. They did a great job at a fair price.

My father referred Roberts to us. Roberts did his roof in 1998. We had a reasonable roof estimate in just 3 days after our phone call. Our new GAF Roof was installed 2 weeks later. We did get 2 other estimates. Roberts was the middle estimate, but they came highly recommended by my father. Our roof came out great, love the color choice, and the clean up was fantastic. We had Roberts Contracting build our deck in November 2013. I can tell you, it is the best investment we have made in long time. My family enjoyed the deck for months over the summer. My roof was 24 years old, when I decided to replace it last fall. I called 3 roofing contractors. One never showed up, the other told me I would have my estimate in the mail, that was 4 weeks ago. The Third was Roberts Contracting. Roberts showed up on time. Gave me a detailed estimate. They offered financing which I used. A no interest loan for a year. I scheduled the roof installation on a Tuesday(bc I'm off Tuesdays). The prior Monday, they called with a start time. The crew showed up on time. The job took 1.5 days. the clean was fantastic. After 5 estimates from either overpriced or inexperienced Roofers, my neighbor told me to call Roberts. I don't know how I overlooked them. Their info is all over the web, I hired them on the spot. The roof came out great, Roberts upgraded my warranty, Next year I will call them for new windows
