We made a decision to transfer my grandmother to another facility d/t lack of good health care followup , thankfully the facility she is at now recognized her symptoms and started treatment right away .. for multiple health problems, also my experience with the administrator for calling in concerns was horrible, she lacked genuine concern / was rude / made excuses.. while visiting the facility I asked for chair since there’s none in the room , I was told by CNa that I can go get one from dining room a few halls away .. meds were observed left in room and I do have a picture that I took , electrical wires hang at foot of beds which pose as a safety/ fire hazard , dirty laundry left in floor .. my concerns was also reported to ombudsman. .. I do not recommend this facility
