Just the facts: Our experience was that since we did not join their travel club we were given the least valuable of their awards for showing up - our choice of round-trip tickets to anywhere in continental US. Ten months later, we are told our tickets are ready - not any of our 3 choices - but one of 4 choices they picked (Philadelphia!) The next week we received a notice that there would be $590.08 in taxes and fees (courier, security, processing, surcharge, etc.) Nothing free about it, and certainly no choice of where, when, and length of stay. Hang up the phone if they call!
