I'm not one to ruffle any feathers but this guy has got me fuming. I went in for a full set and the man took over an HOUR AND A HALF, nicked my cuticles SEVERAL times and broke skin on the sides of my nails (who's HIS nail) in three different spots. The nails turned out ridiculously thick, and uneven, and the plastic tips attached to my nails are visible through the powder. This is the worst job I have ever had! And of course, when I went in to ask for a refund (there is no way this guy is touching my nails again) of course he and the other woman there said the nails looked 'fine'.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Not even thirty seconds after we leave my mom's nails were lifting. Both of ours are not the same shape or length. The service was horrendous RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! Then they charged us money to buy a file so we could fix their mess ups!
