I stopped by this morning because I thought I had a problem with a tire chain. Mike showed me it was just a twist in the chain (I felt like a knucklehead because I had installed many of them in the past). He then helped me install them on my car in the parking lot. Thanks a ton for your help and patience!!

I used to trust them but they really screwed us lately. They were supposed to do an alignment when I got new tires. The alignment turned out to be 7 degrees off and my front tires showed a great deal of wear within a few months. They said it was because the tires were under inflated (not true) and it was not their problem. I had to buy two tires and have someone else do the alignment. Fine, everyone makes mistakes.

Then they put tie rods on my daughter’s car along with a brand new set of tires. 5 months later the edge of the front tire was bare. Again they said the tire was under inflated and would not honor the warrantee. My mechanic said the tie rods were loose and caused the wear. Again I had to pay for another tire.

Not going back.

I must say I was treated unbelievably well. All their personnel were kind, considerate, professional, and knowledgeable. They immediately took the stress out of a difficult situation, got me back on the road for a day when I didn't have time to wait and then fixed my tire the next day. I was very impressed by the way they took care of me and can't say enough good things about their service.

Newberg Les SchwabI brought my Honda CRV in this morning to have a partially flat tire on my car checked over - I received the normal Les Schwab's excellent attention and help, both from the main counter personnel, and then from a very courteous and helpful young man who checked out the tire. He suggested that I have a cup of coffee inside while I waited. Terrific service from an superb staff - I could not have been more pleased. These guys have always treated me fairly and given me great deals. They are very professional and polite. I'd recommend them to anyone!
