Advised that she could provide and estimate to clean house and she called later that day advising she was on her way and needed some directions. 20 minutes later receive a call advising that she is not coming to provide estimate and she is booked for 3 weeks?????



She didn't know she was booked when I called in the morning (she never asked when we were looking for the cleaning service)
