Provided by YP.comWe had a great experience! Logan was the technician who came to our house. He was on time, courteous and polite. I was at work, so he dealt with my wife. He even called before he arrived to make sure she would be there. We were charged a small check out fee and then just a few bucks for the parts. Since we don't know the first thing about refrigerators/freezers, he could have totally taken advantage of us....but didn't. Hats off to Logan and Mr. B's!!! Thank you!
