Provided by SuperpagesThey sold me a 20 ton load of washed gravel that was full of dirt and mud, which is now caked up all around my landscaping so thick that we will have to remove the rocks to remove the mud. They refused to provide a refund or to remove the mud. They told me they'd replace the gravel if I paid the cost to dig it up and return it.

Provided by YP.comSold me river rock for my driveway and advised me that it was funtionally the same as limestone. The lady I talked to said the only difference is limestone has a more uniform color. The driver educated me and was awesome but I was charged double delivery fee because the person on the phone had no clue. I will never use these guys again and you should save money and time and go somewhere else

Provided by SuperpagesNot a good place for a DIY person. Sold me river rock for my driveway said it was funtionally the same as limestone but had a more uniform color. The driver didn't dump it and said the lady I talked to had no clue. Got charged double delivery fee because of that woman. I'll never use them again and I encourage you to find a more reputable company.

Provided by YP.comI was in charge of the Licking County Master Gardener Volunteers Demonstration Garden last year and ordered 3- 8cubic yard loads of mulch for our garden. Elm had the best price in the area, their service was courteous and prompt and all the volunteers loved the fine ground mulch. Many of our members also use this mulch and I plan on getting some for my own yard this year.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT USE. I would never use them again. We authorized 80 tons of dirt to be delivered, and they delivered 104 tons with a bill for 104 tons which they had already charged to our credit card.
When dealing with them over the phone they were rude and hung up several times, refusing to refund the money or pick up the excess dirt.
End result newark PD and SMALL CLAIMS COURT!!!!!! Avoid this company.
yes this person asked for 80 tons and when he had the drive there for the last load he saw it wasnt going to enough he told him to bring another load he was filling a in ground pool. i called him be for i ran his card to make sure he had plenty and gave him his total which was diffrent than the original because of the extra load and he started saying we ripped him off and yelling and swearing on the phone i told him if he wanted to talk be civil or i was going to hang up....and i did. i offer not charge for the last load of dirt material but i had to charge him for the trucking since we broker the trucks and he went off agian. at this time i ran his card less the last load of dirt and that was the end i never herd from him agian and there was no small claims court. i have been in business for 5 years here and we have a great rep. and i invite you all to come and visit my business. thank you jeff wilson general manager
