I just wanted to note the professionalism of the Dormar staff. I had a new air conditioner put in. They moved it to a location better suited to us and ran new lines. Brian and Bryson were our installers and they were wonderful. They were polite, respectful and professional. The job was done in a timely manner and right on the quoted price. Then Dormar quality checked it's own work by sending out Kim. He went over everything thoroughly and asked questions to confirm that the job was done correctly and with quality customer service as well. Overall a wonderful experience and bonus cool air with a lower electric bill. Super pleased.

Tech/Richard Leighton came out to my house on 10/8/15 to do the yearly maintenance on my oil furnace. Over the past few months I had noticed that the furnace wasn't putting out warm air and the smell of fuel oil was very strong. I called a different company in April of 2016 to check out my furnace. The air gates were set incorrectly and the nozzle hadn't been replaced causing the oil to build up in the furnace and not produce heat. My furnace needed cleaning, it was clogged with soot and the nozzle and oil filter needed replaced. Repair total was $424.36. I emailed copies of the receipts from the repairs and pictures of my furnace before. Called owner-Steven Brewer, he made excuses for his tech. Refused to reimburse me for the repairs. I placed a claim with the BBB. Through the BBB Steven Brewer offered to refund the original service fee of $150. That was 6 weeks ago. Still no refund. Emailed Steven Brewer,no response. He is not an honest or trust worthy man. Bad service!

We had a NO HEAT situation on Sunday morning with zero weather. Called another Rheem service dealer near our town of Mt Vernon twice, had to leave messages and NEVER received a call back. Called Dor-Mar and a human answered the phone promptly and efficiently and scheduled the technician to come out. She said we were next in line to receive service and the tech would call us before coming out. Received call from the tech he was on the way. Arrived as promised and fixed the problem promptly. In the mean time I STILL have not received a call from the local Rheem service dealer. Great service Dor-Mar. If needed, we will use you again! Thank you!!!!
