I have been there a couple times. People were rude. I came in and could get no one to wait on me to set up an appointment. When I finally got the appointment and showed up for it, they told me they had canceled it because the stylist was sick. So I had driven 20 minutes there, when they could have called me to let me know. They claimed they did and left a message, but I got no message. Then they claimed they didn't have my phone number, even though I had given it to them when I set up the appointment. I will never go back there EVER again! It is the worst salon I've ever visited.
